Zelynda

Pilates 

Hells Bells

LAB

Zelynda is an enthusiast of all things HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). She is a 200 hour Inferno Hot/HIIT Pilates instructor, and a 150 hour Russian Kettlebell instructor. Her love for fitness and wellness stemmed from her dance, stretch, and Yoga roots. She was a 2022 Yoga Warrior Finalist, sponsored by Yoga Journal. She has been practicing Bikram yoga/Yin/Vinyasa flow for 8 years. Through her journey, she's discovered wellness and strength through consistency, and would love the opportunity to be a part of your personal fitness journey as well!

Chair Yoga

Sonya started doing yoga over 20 years ago with her mom. After participating in all types of yoga classes for many years, in 2019 she became a 200 hour certified Vinyasa Flow Yoga instructor. She started teaching immediately upon graduation at her indoor cycling studio. With a thirst to expand her yoga knowledge and a desire to help her clients, she went back and received her 100 hour Yin Yoga certification. She currently continues to expand her knowledge through Yoga Alliance Zoom classes. She believes yoga is for everyone: small to tall, young to old, thin to full-figured. Everyone! Yoga has extreme and amazing benefits for all, which she has seen first-hand. She recognizes that some people feel nervous or anxious to join a class, maybe due to a previous bad experience or a preconceived notion, but she says try it and you might just fall in love and have some fun in the process.

Sarah

Gentle Stretch & Strength

Sarah is a E-RYT 200-hour and 500-hour yoga instructor registered with Yoga Alliance.  Growing up Sarah was a competitive gymnast, dancer, and cheerleader.  She was a gymnastics and cheerleading coach for many years, and through her athletic experiences was trained in weight training techniques in the 90’s and 2000’s has been teaching yoga and toning classes for years.  One of her favorite classes to teach is Stretch and Strength, which combines toning and weight training with stretching techniques.  It is a fun class that helps tone and strengthen the body!  She looks forward to seeing you soon.

Amber

Pilates

Amber started taking yoga and Pilates classes in college to avoid homework and to de-stress. While working at a YMCA, she had the opportunity to learn to teach cardio, strength, and cycle classes. In 2015, she completed her first 200 hours of yoga teacher training in Colorado Springs, CO. In 2017 Amber completed an additional 300 hours of yoga training, as well as Inferno Hot Pilates training with Gabriella Walters. In Amber's class you can expect to be motivated to do your best as well as take care of yourself. Inspired by many physical therapy practitioners, you will work on functional movement strength as well as mobility.

Yvonne zooms in from Vienna, Austria! Certified in Inferno HIIT Pilates (level 1,2,3), Hells Bells, and LAB. In her class you can expect to WORK!

Jaqueline

Stretch & Exhale

Yin Yoga

After Jaqueline’s first Yoga class, she immediately felt a deep calling to explore the science of yoga. In 2012 she completed 600hr Massage Therapy certification at Collinson School of Massage in Colorado Springs, CO. Here she developed an in-depth understanding of Anatomy and Physiology. This is also where she discovered her passion for Reiki. After receiving her Mastery certification this really helped her understand the relationship between the subtle energetic body, and the physical body. Yoga really enhanced her understanding of how this relationship can effect the way we move. Her passion eventually led her to complete her 500 hr college level teacher training. Jaqueline is trained in Vinyasa, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra. Her ultimate goal in every class is to create an environment where students feel safe and comfortable to practice yoga. She wants everyone to find their own unique understanding and relationship with yoga.
